Traditional and Plantation Style Shutters

Custom shutters typically come in two styles - traditional or plantation style.

Traditional shutters are 3/4" thick panels with narrow 1 1/4" movable louvers. Their widths vary between 7" and 16" with heights between 20" and 80". Plantation shutters are thicker - 1 1/8" thick with movable louvers at 3" in width. Widths vary between 8" and 24" with heights between 20" and 78".  Both traditional and plantation shutters can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes.
